The HIRE module is focused on candidates (internal and external) and includes a behavioral assessment and an optional cognitive assessment. They also get to create a profile of the role prior to assessing candidates, so AI screens and places each candidate based on a star ranking (1-5 stars) based on fit for the position. (Bain capital, Nissan, DocuSign, and over 10,000 other organizations use this tool in their pre-employment testing process). Pricing is based on company size (50 and under employees are at the base price and it goes up from there).

The INSPIRE module is focused on managers and mentors, offering the behavioral assessment and then personalized plans on how each manager or mentor can best partner with the employee to maximize relationship and performance. It also comes with both an employee and manager development charts to help them grow and learn. This can be purchased as a standalone (doesn’t come with the cognitive assessment or can be paired with the Hire module.

The DESIGN module is focused on team dynamics and strategy. Great for team building, setting objectives and goals and recommendations or collective strengths and caution areas.

The DIAGNOSE module includes an employee experience survey and is focused on culture and measures engagement. It comes with team and company reports, benchmarks, and action plans.

The PERFORM modules includes coaching tools for managers, kudos and employee recognition, AI assistance, analytics and other integrations.
